adjunctive treatment of diseases, injuries and defects
involving both the functional and aesthetic aspects of

region. It is specialized care performed by a dentist
who has completed an additional four to six years in a
hospital residency.

timely manner and our doctors will attempt to see you
promptly when you arrive.
Similarly,
the time for your appointment is reserved especially
for you and we ask that you notify our office at least
24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep
your appointment.

Visa and MasterCard. We deliver the finest
care at the most reasonable cost to our patients,
therefore payment is due at the time service is
rendered unless other arrangements have been made in
advance. If you have questions regarding your account,
please contact us at (651) 738-2341. Many times, a simple
telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
Our office will be happy to submit your visit to your
insurance carrier. Please remember, you are fully
responsible for fees charged by this office regardless
of your insurance coverage.
For your convenience we
participate with outside financing companies to assist
you with the cost of your procedures. Our staff will
be happy to discuss this option with you.
